At La’ Agra, each piece is created in small batches by skilled artisans. Because of the care and time invested in every garment, we currently do not accept returns. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces and stand by them wholeheartedly.

That said, we understand that fit and preferences may vary, which is why we offer complimentary exchanges for size or color on eligible full-price items.

Exchanges

• No returns, exchanges only: At this time, we do not offer refunds.
• Exchange window: You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Eligible exchanges: Exchanges are limited to size or color of the same style, subject to availability.
• Condition of items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached to qualify for an exchange.
• Exchanges are subject to availability for pre-order as all sizes and colors are not stocked. If you are in between sizes we recommend noting that in your order so a back up size can be made if necessary.

Order Processing

• Once an order is placed, it is processed within 12 hours.
• Because we begin preparing your order promptly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after this window.

Shipping Timelines

• In-stock items: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States once your order has shipped.
• Pre-order items: Please allow approximately 3–4 months for production and delivery. These pieces are made to order in small batches, honoring our slow, intentional approach to luxury.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, La’ Agra is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage that may occur in transit. For any delivery issues, we kindly recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information
