Returns & Exchanges

At La’ Agra, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our South Asian-inspired garments. 

We want you to love your La’ Agra purchase! As a reminder we a small business who makes everything in small batch production with local artisians and limited edition fabrics. Once our pieces sell out they are gone for good, no restocks!

Returns

• Eligible apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved you will have 7 days to mail your item(s) back. Items mailed back after the window closes are only eligble for store credit. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent- and stain-free, with all original tags and packaging.
• All returns are inspected and approved at our discretion; non-eligible items will be sent back to you.
• Final sale (no returns or exchanges): all accessories, items marked sale
• Any item bought with a discount or during a promotional period (this includes but is not limited to pre-orders, Black Friday etc.) are only eligble for store credit 14 days after delivery. For Pre-orders if you are unsure of your size please indicate a back up size in the order form to be eligable for an exchange.
• A flat $15 shipping fee +5% restocking fee is deducted from your refund; original shipping if paid by customer is non-refundable.
• Returns are only eligible for online orders only, in store purchases are final and only eligble for store credit

Exchanges

• Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges for size or color of the same are subject to availability. You can also exchange for different item in stock of equal value. 
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be exchanged.

To start a return or exchange:

• Visit laagra.com, hover over account and click returns in the portal 
• Enter your order number and zip code 
• Select your item and reason for the return 
• Choose an alternative size / item, store credit or refund 
• Print label, and drop off at USPS (please ensure it is dropped off within the window or your return request maybe cancelled) 
• You can also email us at info@laagra.com; please expect a response in 24-48 hours. We respond to all emails M-F from 9 AM - 5 PM EST.
