Our Shipping Policy

La’ Agra strives to make your shopping experience with us as smooth and delightful as possible, from the moment you place your order until your stunning garment arrives. Here’s a comprehensive guide to our shipping process.

Shipping Time & Costs

Items in stock ship between 1-2 business days, we aim to ship the next day for a  but occasionally delays occur. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for ground shipping. For pre-order items, please anticipate a delivery timeframe of 3-4 months, reflecting our dedication to artisanal quality. Ground Shipping is free for orders $200+, for orders less than that the costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size, expect $5-20. 

Order Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, including your tracking number. You can use this number on the shipping carrier’s website to monitor the journey of your package to your address. If the status appears as delivered and you are missing a pacakge we reccomend checking the surronding areas before contacting us

Order Modifications & Cancellations

We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. However, if you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We'll do our very best to accommodate your request. Reach out to us at info@laagra.com with your order details (order number) for assistance.

Lost / Stolen Orders

Once your items have shipped, we are not liable if they are stolen or lost in transit. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please allow 2-3 more days for delivery before contacting your local carrier for more information.
