Ordering

What if I’m between two sizes or prefer a looser/tailored fit?

Within Sizebay, you can indicate how you like your clothes to fit—more fitted, true to size, or relaxed. If you’re between sizes, we recommend considering how you’ll wear the piece (e.g., layered or on its own) and selecting the fit preference that feels most like you. You can also refer to our detailed size chart on the product page or contact us for personalized guidance.

Can I return or exchange my items?

At La’ Agra, each piece is created in small batches by skilled artisans.

Return Policy

We have updated our policy as of 6/30/2026 any items purchased before then are not subjected to this policy and are unable to be returned.

Returns

  • Eligible apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent- and stain-free, with all original tags and packaging.
  • All returns are inspected and approved at our discretion; non-eligible items will be sent back to you.
  • Final sale (no returns or exchanges): all accessories, all sale items, and any item bought with a discount or during a promotion (including promotions for pre-orders; if you are unsure we reccomend noting a back up size so you can exchange)
  • A flat $10 shipping fee +5% restocking fee is deducted from your refund; original shipping if paid by customer is non-refundable.
  • Online orders only. Items purchased in store including pre-order (full priced) are only eligable for exchanges or store credit. To start a return, email info@laagra.com with your order number.

Exchanges

  • Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are for size or color of the same style only, subject to availability.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be exchanged.
  • To initiate, email customer care at info@laagra.com with your order number and request.
Where can I find sizing information?

Each product page includes a detailed size and fit section to help you choose the perfect fit. If you have any further questions, our customer support team is always here to help!

The status of my order says delivered but I can't seem to find it?

If you have not received your package within 3 days, but it shows as signed for or delivered, please check your usual mailbox, porch, concierge, or ask family members. The package may have been delivered there and is waiting for you to pick it up. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or wrong delivery packages. Please check the shipping address before placing your order. If your order is delayed please contact your local post office.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is your shipping policy?

Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, it is processed within 12 hours.
  • Because we begin preparing your order promptly, changes or cancellations may not be possible after this window.

Shipping Timelines

  • In-stock items: Please allow 5–7 business days for delivery within the United States once your order has shipped.
  • A simple flat-rate $10 shipping fee applies to every order; orders over $300 ship complimentary.
  • Pre-order items: Please allow approximately 3–4 months for production and delivery. These pieces are made to order in small batches, honoring our slow, intentional approach to luxury.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Carrier Responsibility
After your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier and a tracking number has been issued, La’ Agra is not responsible for delays, lost packages, theft, or damage that may occur in transit. For any delivery issues, we kindly recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking information

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if ground shipping is chosen). First class mail does not allow for tracking numbers.  Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress to your doorstep. Please note that if you have chosen First class mail a tracking number will not be provided. Please check your shipping method to ensure that you are able to receive a tracking number.

Please reach out toinfo@laagra.comor fill out our online contact formif you have questions about your order. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please allow for 2-4 business days for a response.

Why Should I Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering allows you to ensure that your size and color is guaranteed. Due to the small batch nature of our production, once pre-order closes not all sizes and colors are produced. Additionally due to the limited quantity of the fabric many of our designs cannot be re-produced and therefore will not be restocked once sold out.

I see an item that I like but there is no purchase option or stock? 

As a small business we are always trying to create new designs, that being said we are mindful of how much inventory we keep on hand in order to be a sustainable brand. If you see something you like we recommend that you order it during the pre-order cylce to garuentee the item and size as we often end up stock less items. We keep the full collection available so customers can get a feel for the collection and brand.
