What payment methods do you accept?

Can I cancel or modify my order?

To ensure prompt delivery, we start processing orders as soon as they are placed. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?

For in-stock items, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you've chosen a pre-order item, expect a delivery timeline of 3-4 months. Our commitment to artisanal quality ensures that each piece is worth the wait.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress to your doorstep.
What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer returns within 7 days  for any unworn garments with tags and exchanges for different sizes or colors for any unworn garments with tags within 14 days of purchase if the size or color isn't right. Sale items are final and not eligible for exchange. For exchanges, please email info@laagra.com. Please note that there is a $5 processing fee for exchanges. Customers cover return shipping, but we'll ship your new item for free. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with proof for a fix or replacement.
