Ordering
What size should I buy?
If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (if ground shipping is chosen). First class mail does not allow for tracking numbers. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress to your doorstep. Please note taht if you have chosen First class mail a tracking number will not be provided. Please check your shipping method to ensure that you are able to receive a tracking number.
The status of my order says delivered but I can't seem to find it?
If you have not received your package within 3 days, but it shows as signed for or delivered, please check your usual mailbox, porch, concierge, or ask family members. The package may have been delivered there and is waiting for you to pick it up. Please note that we are not responsible for stolen or wrong delivery packages. Please check the shipping address before placing your order. If your order is delayed please contact your local post office.
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
What is the shipping policy?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, you can also check out using PayPal
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
For in-stock items, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you've chosen a pre-order item, expect a delivery timeline of 3-4 months. Our commitment to artisanal quality ensures that each piece is worth the wai
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love your La’ Agra purchase! As a small business who makes everything in small batch production we are unable to accept returns at this time. We do however offer free exchanges if the color or size is not right.
Exchanges for color or size are available within 7 days for regular-priced items only, excluding those labeled as final sale. Sale items, including products purchased during promotional periods, are final and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

I have a question about my order. Who should I contact?
Please reach out toinfo@laagra.comor fill out our online contact formif you have questions about your order. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible, but please allow for 2-4 business days for a response.
Who do I contact if a style I like is out of stock?
Please email us at info@laagra.comwith your name, size, and the style you’re inquiring about. We will add you to our waitlist and inform you once the item has been restocked.
I see an item that I like but there is no purchase option or stock?
As a small business we are always trying to create new designs, that being said we are mindful of how much inventory we keep on hand in order to be a sustainable brand. If you see something you like we recommend that you order it during the pre-order cylce to garuentee the item and size as we often end up stock less items. We keep the full collection available so customers can get a feel for the collection and brand.
Can I make an appointment to schedule an in-person fitting?
Yes, please contact us at info@laagra.comand let us know what pieces you are interested in and their size. Please note that this is only available to customers within the Miami, FL area. There is a $50 fee for an in home fitting and $25 for a virtual fittinghowever, this fee will be dedicuted from any purchase made.
