What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For your convenience, you can also check out using PayPal.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
To ensure prompt delivery, we start processing orders as soon as they are placed. However, if you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
How long does shipping take, and how much does it cost?
For in-stock items, please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. If you've chosen a pre-order item, expect a delivery timeline of 3-4 months. Our commitment to artisanal quality ensures that each piece is worth the wait.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this number on the carrier’s website to track your order’s progress to your doorstep.The status of my order says delivered but I can't seem to find it
If you have not received your package within 3 days, but it shows as signed for or delivered, please check your usual mailbox, porch, concierge, or ask family members. The package may have been delivered there and is waiting for you to pick it up.What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer returns within 7 days for any unworn garments with tags and exchanges for different sizes or colors for any unworn garments with tags within 14 days of purchase if the size or color isn't right. Sale items and accessories are final and not eligible for exchange or return. A fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund for re-stocking. For exchanges, please email info@laagra.com. You will be responsible for shipping the item back however, we will ship the new item free of charge. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with proof for a fix or replacement.

Who do I contact if a style I like is out of stock?
Please email us at info@laagra.com with your name, size, and the style you’re inquiring about. We will add you to our waitlist and inform you once the item has been restocked.Do you design custom dresses?
Yes, we do design custom pieces. To schedule a consultation and for pricing, please contact us at info@laagra.com.Can I make an appointment to schedule an in-person fitting?
Yes, please contact us at info@laagra.com and let us know what pieces you are interested in and their size. Please note that this is only available to customers within the Miami, FL area. There is a $20 fee for an in home fitting however, this fee will be dedicuted from any purchase made.
Do you ship internationally?
At this moment we only ship within the USA to any of the 50 states. Please stay tuned as we lookto expand to select international markets in the future.
