  The tassels, ties, and other finishing touches are crafted by artisans, not machines. Each tassel is wrapped, knotted, and assembled by hand, turning what could be a simple detail into a small sculpture of thread and texture. Which is why you will see variation within the collection. They are designed to be one of a kind.
• Artisanal embroidery
  Our embroidery is done stitch by stitch by skilled artisans, often taking hours or days for a single piece. The fabric is one of a kind and will not be found elsewhere. All of the brocades are handwoven by women in India through a technique that is passed down generationally limiting the amount of a specific print. This kind of craftsmanship cannot be rushed or automated, and the pricing reflects the human time, talent, and care invested.
• Ethical, small-batch production
  We produce in limited quantities, working with artisans who are paid fairly for their expertise. Choosing ethical, small-batch production will always cost more than fast fashion but it also means your piece is made with integrity, not corners cut. Each piece is handmade. This collection was made in Dubai with high quality cottons designed to last wash after wash, and soft luxurious satins and limited production.

Returns

• Eligible apparel may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, scent- and stain-free, with all original tags and packaging.
• All returns are inspected and approved at our discretion; non-eligible items will be sent back to you.
• Final sale (no returns or exchanges): all accessories, all sale items, and any item bought with a discount or during a promotion.
• A flat $15 return fee for the return shipping label and handling is deducted from your refund; original shipping is non-refundable

Exchanges

• Eligible apparel may be exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
• Exchanges are for size or color of the same style only, subject to availability.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition with tags attached. Items marked as final sale are not eligible to be exchanged.

Shipping Timelines (U.S.)

• In-stock: ships next business day, expected delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment.
• Pre-order: approx. 3–4 months for production and delivery; pieces are made to order in small batches.
• A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.
